Nappy Bag Essentials

nappy bag essentials
If you are expecting your first baby, knowing how to select the right nappy bag and knowing exactly what to put in it can be overwhelming.

I remember when I first bought mine I was so excited but by the time I left the house it weighed a tonne! Overtime I worked out just what I needed and what I didn't.

I guess every baby is different but at the end of the day there are some key essentials which I have added to a list.

If you have any other idea please let me know as I am happy to amend the list...

What is your nappy bag like?

The Human Eye
The human eye is an incredible organ.  Not only does it not grow from the moment we are born but with over 2 million working parts it is our window to the world, or the window to our soul.

SwaddleMe Adjustable Infant Wrap

baby sleeping bags, baby swaddle
Anyone who has had a baby knows all about swaddling a baby.  Swaddle this way, swaddle that way, use this blanket, use this wrap.

I think I have found the ultimate product.  It is the SwaddleMe Adjustable Infant Wrap.

For my first child I used a number of different wraps to swaddle her at night.  And almost every time she unwrapped herself.  This obviously meant less sleep for everyone involved which was not a positive step.

Now with my newborn in tow, I can safely say that the SwaddleMe wrap WORKS.

It truly works. He never gets out of it. It is so simple and easy to use.  It comes in so many great colours, fabrics and sizes that I love it and highly recommend it to any mum who wants more sleep!

What does placenta taste like?

Not a question you get asked every day is it? Placenta..what does it taste like?  Ask many women who have just given birth and they will be able to answer you.

eating placenta, what does placenta taste like
The practice of eating your placenta is real and exists.  It is apparently very healthy. Apparently I say as I cannot vouch for it myself.   If eating it is not your cup of tea, have you considered planting it?

To find out what placenta tastes like and some placenta recipes, read all about it on my hub.
